Remso Wire injection is the most precise process for the addition of small quantities of alloying elements into molten steel or cast iron. REMSO has designed a proficient machine to inject the solid Aluminum or cored wire into the metal bath. The machine is designed for a different number of strands (1, 2, 4, 6 Strand) depending on Customer requirement. The machine is provided with an efficient PLC. It can be controlled from a local control panel. REMSO also design and manufacture the complete wire guiding system for coil storage area, for smooth entry and exit guides, manipulator for wire guide telescopic tube, pinch roll and wire cutting device. Our Guiding system will be tailor made designed according to Customer requirements.
